WWE Schedule Guide privacy at a glance

No WWE account is required

The schedule, converter and calendar builder do not ask for a WWE login, payment-card number or streaming password.

Timezone conversion runs in your browser

Your browser reports a timezone so the page can display the correct local date and bell time. The page does not need your street address.

Calendar choices stay in the link

Selected shows, watch/attend mode and reminders are encoded in a calendar URL; there is no WWE Schedule Guide account profile for those choices.

What information do the WWE tools use?

Browser timezone and device-side display data

The site uses standard browser features to read your timezone, format event dates and run countdowns. This conversion happens on your device. A timezone identifies a region such as America/New_York or Asia/Kolkata; it is not precise GPS location.

Calendar and converter URL settings

The custom calendar can place selected show codes, viewing mode and reminder length in the URL. The converter can place an event slug in the URL. These values let the requested tool work and may appear in normal server logs. Do not put private information into a URL, and remember that anyone receiving a shared custom-calendar link can see its settings.

Server logs and essential session data

Like most websites, the hosting system may log IP address, browser or device type, requested path, referring page, access time, response status and error details. The shared application may also issue an essential session cookie such as JSESSIONID. These records support security, troubleshooting and reliable delivery; they are not used to create a WWE fan account on this guide.

Emails you choose to send

If you email a correction or question, the message includes your email address and anything you voluntarily provide. It is used to review and respond to the request. Do not send passwords, payment details, identity documents or other sensitive information.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

The current WWE Schedule Guide pages use first-party code for schedule filtering, time conversion, countdowns and calendar links. They do not require an advertising cookie to perform those functions. An essential session cookie may be set by the shared application as described above.

If analytics, advertising or other non-essential tracking is introduced on these pages, this policy will be updated and any notice, consent or opt-out required by applicable law will be provided.

Third-party WWE, ticket, streaming and calendar links

Event pages may link to WWE, venues, ticket sellers, broadcasters, streaming services, Google Calendar or other external services. When you open one, that provider receives the normal web request and handles information under its own privacy policy. A link is supplied for convenience or verification and does not make the outside service part of WWE Schedule Guide.

Retention, security and your privacy choices

Retention and safeguards

Operational logs and correction emails are kept only as reasonably needed for security, reliability, recordkeeping and responding to the request, subject to applicable obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You can block or delete cookies in your browser, avoid sharing custom-calendar URLs, and choose not to email. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection for personal information associated with you. Send a privacy request to [email protected]; identity may need to be verified before a request is fulfilled.

Children and policy changes

The tools are general-audience schedule utilities and are not designed to collect personal information from children. Material privacy changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
